This should be the second post - but ya know....life happens....anyone reading this will be really grateful that my camera battery died halfway through our day.....
Cute littel squirrel monkeys having a converstation...it was too funny....
K took this (through the glass)....said that he looked a lot like Uncle Charlie...and the battery died before she could take a picture of the gorilla sleeping like Daddy....they were cracking up.
we had such a great day. I love that the kids still like doing this sort of thing. K had a nice time cooing at babies, as did I, and secretly inside thanking God that it no longer takes a Uhaul to plan a day out...we simply grabbed ourselves and out the door we went. We strolled. Took our time. watched some of the feedings...missed a few that were on the schedule and never happened - like the fruit bats and kangaroos. And when we were done we were done. No crying no whining....Ahhhhhh...a gorgeous day.
