Finally - just enough ice covered mess to try to "sled" or in our case "saucer" - Even me, after months of feeling like crap, felt good enough to give it a try today - thank the lord! Felt so good to actually feel good, no hip/leg pain, no girly issues...I can not tell you the relief...I am sure the heating pad may be my friend later, but for now, we had a bit of fun!
