Please take a moment in the preparations for your fun sun filled weekend to remember those that came before us, fought to ensure your freedom.
Freedom we often take so for granted. 100's of young men in WW1 and 2 died to ensure that we could live as we do today. We are not persecuted for our religious beliefs. Our tv is not censored. We can say what is on our minds for the entire internet to see without fear of persecution.
Putting your life on the line to ensure the freedom and rights of someone else.
True heroism.
