Summer Yum Part two

I can only fit 5 pics per blog post so I had to share this one seperately. This is what I affectionately call our "redneck green beans". You see, my dh hates to spend money, and is the KING of "making do" with what we have. So when I said, "I need wooden stakes and string for my green beans" I mistakenly thought this would be a simple project. Well, J. is an electrician. So we have tons of conduit and wire. So - low and behold, as he asked me to help him with the bean poles, and I see this contraption going up - I could only shake my head. We wound up having to electrical tape the wire to the poles since it was slippery.
I really could do an entire blog post on the "additions" we have to our house and garden from his "redneck" tool box!
