One a lighter note today -
Yup.
We are dorks.
We taught the dog to fetch the paper.
How cliche!
But - She loves it!
She begs at the door in the morning. Waiting for me to let her out to fetch it. We only get the paper Thursday thru Sunday. It drives her crazy that there is no paper out there on Monday. She runs out to the drive way, runs around, looking and comes back totally dejected. I feel so bad for her! We only run into trouble on Sundays when the paper is a little too big for her to carry, or if she gets it on the end and choses the closed end. I have had to run around picking up sections. With some practice, she can now carry it in the middle pretty consistently. And I get to stay on the porch in my jammies!
And - it only too three days to teach her! Smart girl that she is!
